The TOGETHER Cooling and Warming Plate generate the cold purely electrically. No bulky compressors or refrigerants which are harmful to the environment are used. The innovative technology made it possible to limit the overall height of the entire hot and cold plate to 80 mm. The space below the hot and cold plate can be used for shelves, drawers or other things or can be left open.

Why do TOGETHER® Hot and Cold Plates save working time of your service staff?
These innovative Cooling and Warming Plate for the buffet combine two functions (hot/cold) in one device. Simply place the serving plate with food on it and select the desired temperature range (hot/cold) – that’s it, cooling and warming 24/7 without any further work.
No longer ice tubs or cooling elements, no more annoying handling of ice cubes, crushed ice, no pre cooling of eutectic plates or ice packs.
No conversion of the cooling/heating technology necessary. You can choose between the warm/off/cold function just by flipping a switch.

Elegant Design
The matt, shiny, metal surface with its rounded corners, harmonizes with almost any counter material and underlines the elegance design of your buffet. You can choose between flush or raised installation.
The dimension of 36 x 56 cm is ideal for using serving plates, bowls and tubs which harmonize with the GN standard.
Easy installation
Make a cut-off in your countertop and drop-in the Cooling and Warming Plate. Install the supply hose in this way, that fresh air can be sucked from outside the closed counter and place some openings in the counter, that the sucked air can flows outside. Than drill a hole for mounting the switch. At least connect the plugs of the power supply and the Hot- and Cold Plate – that´s all – really not a big deal!
Flush installation
The hot/cold plate of the 3400 version can be installed flush with the furniture and thus forms one level with the buffet counter. A rope of silicon or other material must be placed between Hot- and Cold Plate and countertop material.
Raised installation
With a raised installation, the metal surface of the Cooling and Warming Plate 3400 protrudes approx. 12 mm from the counter surface and accentuates the buffet counter in this way.

The control element of the hot and cold plate is mounted on an approximately 1.5 m long cable. This allows the control switch to be mounted on the side walls of the unit, concealed from the guest but easily accessible for the service staff.
